This site has no accounts, advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Its fonts and artwork are served from this website. The web server processes your IP address, requested path, browser information and request time to deliver pages and diagnose failures. These technical requests may be recorded in server access and error logs.

Display preferences

Calm mode saves a preference in your browser’s local storage. It does not identify you or follow you across websites. Sound starts off and plays only after you turn it on. Clear this site’s browser data to remove saved preferences.

The dispatch form

The dispatch form does not send anything to our servers. When you press Build my ticket, a message is prepared in browser memory. Choose Text, Email or Copy to move it into your own app. Review it and press send there. The website does not confirm delivery. Reloading or leaving the page discards the ticket.

When you contact us

Calls, texts and emails travel through the provider you choose and the business’s phone or email provider. Share only the details needed to discuss your request. Do not include passwords, recovery codes, payment card numbers or private files in a ticket.

When we work on your device

Discuss what access is needed before service begins, including backup requirements and any sensitive data on the device. Keep passwords and recovery codes out of initial messages.
